Core journeys are tested at mobile sizes and at 200% text zoom. You can navigate with a keyboard, skip directly to the main content, close modal panels with Escape, and enlarge browser text without losing core actions.

Dates may be approximate or descriptive, forms avoid requiring unknown details, and culturally specific names can be entered with Unicode characters. Icons are paired with text or an accessible name when they perform an action.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification. We regularly review contrast, focus order, screen-reader structure, touch comfort, readable type, and the accessibility of family-tree interactions.
